Tier 3 Junior Hockey Around the Globe Volume 2 - Canada Part 1

Over 200 players came from over 30 countries on 4 continents to play Tier 3 Junior Hockey in the 2015-16 season.  The Tier 3 Junior Hockey Around the Globe series continues by highlighting players from Canada.  This is part one of a two part series on Canadian players.

Canadian Tier 3 Hockey Players 

Frederic Ampleman, F, 1996, Jersey Shore Wildcats
With 51 points on the season, Jersey Shore Wildcats Forward Frederic Ampleman ranks 7th in all Tier 3 Junior Hockey and his 35 assists place him top 5.  The 5'8 155lb native of Quebec logged a point in all but 1 of his 25 games to date this season and is currently riding a 9 game point streak.  With 17 multi point efforts and 3 game winners, Ampleman has more than surpassed his 2014-15 point totals.

​Connor Annett, F, 1995, Florida Eels
Ontario Canada native, Connor Annett logged 5 goals and 16 assists through his first 17 games this season for the Florida Eels.  The 6'0 175lb Forward earned a point in 13 games including 7 multi point efforts.  Annett played for the Eels through his 2013-14 campaign, returning to the team this season after playing 27 games in the OJHL in 2014-15.

​Mathieu Beaudert, G, 1998, Wilkes Barre Miners
Quebec City native Mathieu Beaudert currently holds a 1-11-0 record for the Wilkes Barre Miners.  A 1998, Beaudert holds a 5.20gaa and .893 save percent while earning his first win in the NA3EHL on November 14, 2015.

Tyler Besner, F, 1996, Carolina Eagles
Manitoba native Tyler Besner logged 12 goals and 26 assists through his first 26 games including 3 game winners this season for the Carolina Eagles Elite squad.  Currently on a 5 game point streak, Besner earned a point in 18 games including a hat trick on December 5th.  The 5'10 180lb Forward earned 5 or more points on 4 occasions. 

Kyle Bollers, F, 1999, Traverse City Hounds
Ontario native Kyle Bollers logged 15 goals and 11 assists through his first 20 games this season for the Traverse City Hounds.  Bollers earned a point in 15 games including 8 multi point efforts as well as a hat trick on November 29th.  

Coleton Booth, F, 1998, Wenatchee Wolves
Brittish Columbia native Coleton Booth logged 7 goals and 9 assists through his first 19 games for the Wenatchee Wolves this season.  The 6'2 225lb forward logged a point in 9 games including 4 multi point efforts.

​Liam Careen, F, 1996,  PAL Jr Islanders Elite
To date, Newfoundland native Liam Careen earned 3 points for the PAL Jr Islanders Elite squad in his first season playing at the Tier 3 level.

​Gabriel Chabot, D, Rochester Jr Americans
Quebec Defenseman Gabriel Chabot earned 13 goals and 17 assists including 2 game winners through his first 24 games this season.  The 5'9 175lb Tier 3 Veteran logged a point in 16 contests and is currently on an 11 game point streak.

Shon Chand, D, 1997, Seattle Ravens
Defenseman Shon Chand logged 3 assists through his first 17 games with the Seattle Ravens.  The 5'11 185lb skater is a native of Brittish Columbia.

Colton Coates, D, 1996, Kalkaska Rhinos
To date, Ontario Defenseman Colton Coates earned 3 goals and 6 assists as well as 84 penalty minutes for the Kalkaska Rhinos.  A Tier 3 Veteran, Coates is in his 2nd season with the Rhinos.

Dan Condon, D, 1996, NY Applecore Premier
New York Apple Core Premier squad Defenseman Dan Condon, an Ontario Canada native came to the Apple Core after two seasons with the Florida Eels of the USPHL.  The Tier 3 veteran has earned 2 points for New York this season.

​Simon Corriveau, F, 1996, LA Fighting Spirit
Quebec native Simon Corriveau earned 8 goals and 11 assists through his first 21 games this season for the L/A Fighting Spirit, logging a point in 13 games, including 5 multi point efforts.  Corriveau began the season on a six game point streak - his longest on the season.  

​Aidan Critchlow, G, 1996, East Coast Minutemen
New Brunswick native Aidan Critchlow holds a 6-10-0 record in net for the East Coast Minutemen.  In his second season with the team, Critchlow has surpassed his 2014-15 win total.  Critchlow currently holds a 4.28 gaa and a .891 save percent and logged a shutout on September 27th in a 3-0 victory over the Maine Wild.

​Max Daigle, D, 1995, Islanders HC
Quebec Defenseman Max Daigle earned 1 goal and 8 assists through his first 23 games this season for the Islanders Hockey Club Elite squad.  In his 2nd season with the Islanders, Daigle committed to the University of Vermont for the 2016-17 season.

Karl-Eric Demers, F, 1996, Cape Cod Islanders
Quebec native Karl Eric Demers earned 4 goals and 9 assists through his first 26 games for the Cape Cod Islanders.  A Tier 3 rookie, Demers logged his first Tier 3 goal on September 12, 2015 in his very first game at the Tier 3 level.  

​Liam Dinner, F, 1998, NY Apple Core
Ontario Forward Liam Dinner logged 10 goals and 4 assists through his first 17 games this season.  

​Chris Dumont, D, 1996, Northern Cyclones Premier
Tier 3 rookie Defenseman Chris Dumont logged 3 goals and 9 assists through his first 20 games with the 14-5-1 Northern Cyclones Premier squad.  The 5'11 180lb Ontario native earned a point in 10 contests.

​Brayden Durante, F, 1997, Wenatchee Wolves
Wenatchee Wolves Forward Brayden Durante logged 9 goals and 14 assists through his first 19 games this season.  A Tier 3 veteran player, Durante played his 2014-15 campaign on the Wolves roster where he 10 goals and 7 assists.  Durante earned a point in 11 of the 19 games including 7 multi point efforts.

​Cole Egan, D, 1998, Seattle Ravens
Alberta native Cole Egan is one of two Canadian Defensemen on the Seattle Ravens Roster.  The 6'3 195lb skater logged 3 assists through his first 19 games with the Ravens. 

​Justin Geigel, D, 1997, Long Island Royals
Defenseman Justin Geigel logged 5 goals and 15 assists through 24 games this season for the MJHL 3rd place Long Island Royals.  The 6'0 195lb Ottawa native earned 6 points in his last 4 games.

​Stevan Goran, F, 1995, Great Falls Americans
Great Falls Americans Forward Stevan Goran logged 6 goals and 7 assists through his first 20 games this season.  A 5'10 180lb Manitoba native, Goran earned a point in 9 games with 2 multi point efforts. 

Austin Hannaford, G, 1996, Kalkaska Rhinos
Calgary Alberta Canada Goaltender Austin Hannaford holds an 8-7-0 record for the USPHL Midwest Division Eastern Conference 3rd place Kalkaska Rhinos.  Hannaford has a 3.63 goals against average and a .902 save percent.
