60% of All Players who Aged out of Junior Hockey Made College Commitments/Advancements.
The 2016-17 season is just weeks away from beginning and although there are college commitments still trickling in, the majority of the Tier 3 players who are moving on have already decided on a team for next season. In fact 60% of all Tier 3 players who aged out of Junior Hockey either advanced to higher levels of hockey or committed to play college hockey for the 2016-17 season.
The above named include commitments to both NCAA and ACHA hockey programs as well as players advancing to play in European pro leagues.

Through the 2015-16 season, more Tier 3 alumni played at the NCAA Division 3 level than any other level of hockey, accounting for almost twice as many players as ACHA D2 which rostered the 2nd most Tier 3 alumni.
A combined 1300 Tier 3 Alumni played at the NCAA D1 and D3 levels through the 2015-16 Season.
