2 Tier 3 Junior Hockey players make Central Scouting List
The NHL recently released their 2016-17 Central Scouting Futures List and two Tier 3 Junior Hockey players made the list: Corson Green, Defenseman for the Northern Cyclones and Cayden Primeau, Goaltender for the Philadelphia Revolution, both of the Eastern Hockey League.
Corson Green, D, 1999, Northern Cyclones, EHL
Corson Green began the 2015-16 season on the Northern Cyclones 16U squad where he averaged a point per game through 17 games before moving up to play two games on the Cyclones 18U roster. The 6'3 207lb Defenseman played 24 games at the Tier 3 level, 2 with the Cyclones Elite and 22 combined regular season and playoff games on the teams Premier team, logging 16 points through that span. A 1999, Green committed to play NCAA Division 1 Hockey at the University of New Hampshire for the 2018-19 season.
Cayden Primeau, G, 1999, Philadelphia Revolution, EHL
Cayden Primeau played 21 regular season games during the 2015-16 season with the Philadelphia Revolution earning a 16-5-0 record. The 6'2 179lb Goaltender logged a 1.86 gaa (18th best in all Tier 3) and a .951 sv% (2nd in all Tier 3) (5th best (tie) in Tier 3 records) as well as 5 shutouts. Primeau committed to play NCAA Division 1 Hockey for Northeastern for the 2017-18 season.
